We’re not hermits. We’re aware that there’s life beyond our studio. There’s a local community just outside its walls. And further away still lies the rest of the planet.
LAND LEFT UNFILLED
Our non cycled waste is used to produce energy, not to feed huge holes in the ground. And, while we’re on the subject of eating, every scrap of our food waste is composted.
GREEN JUICE
Our electricity comes from a 100% audited renewable energy supplier.
COMMUNITY MINDED
We invest time in community-based initiatives. That includes educating, connecting and bringing people together.

We aim to tread lightly. Our Bad Star family are treated respectfully, considerately and unequivocally fairly.
CYCLEMANIA
7 bins, 8 bins or 9! We do whatever it takes for top waste management, avoiding general waste however we can. We recycle, freecycle, upcycle and bicycle.
POSITIVELY UNNEUTRAL
We aim to tread lightly, we measure our emissions and take action to mitigate, we “see” the invisible and know they are tangible. Our annual audit means we can bench mark our carbon output and ensure we are taking the right steps forward to reduce and review approaches; we’ve dropped “carbon neutral” but remain responsible.
